Shipping

  • We ship pan India, as long as your place is within the reach of courier services or India Post.

  • We handmade our products on order and need a processing period of 2 to 3 weeks before shipping depending on the complexity of the product. And a period of at least 1 week before shipping for premade stuffs. Please know we  dispatch orders as soon as possible but cannot be responsible for any delays caused by our courier partners or due to other unavoidable circumstances which is beyond our control.

Delivery

  • with tracking id. 7-10 days approx.

 

In case of any delays, the consumer shall be informed in advance. We do accept urgent orders as well that are shipped via express shipping or by Air, Please contact us on Instagram for the same

  • Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email/ phone number entered at checkout.

  • *Shipping times do not include dispatch times

 

- Please make sure you enter your correct details at the time of order. If your order gets lost because of incorrect details, there is nothing we can do.
 


Important:

  • At the time of delivery, if you do not respond to the delivery executive after 3 attempts, your order will be sent back to us, after which you will need to repay the shipping charge for it to be shipped again. No refunds will be entertained. An automated email is sent on the day of the delivery. Please ensure you respond to the delivery executive. make surer to keep tracking to avoid missing anything.

  • We donot take accountability for packages being shipped to the wrong address because of customer’s error. If you have entered a wrong address after checkout, PLEASE EMAIL US ASAP! 

REFUND AND RETURNS

 

  • If you received a damaged product or a product that is not what you ordered, we will require a video of you opening the package from start to finish with no cuts in between, and only then will a replacement / refund be issued. We would recommend you to contact us about this as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and appropriate action will be taken.   If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong product, please contact us via DM or nekotonezumi17@gmail.com with video proof. PS: We can't do anything without video proof.

Resin is a chemical that requires a specific temperature and amount of time to be perfectly cured. We appreciate your patience as you allow us to  meticulously handmade your orders. As we are from the northeast corner of the country which experiences uncertain climate , We notify our customers about delays via Instagram stories or DMs if the delay exceeds three weeks. please be sure to connect to us over Instagram to stay updated.Please keep in mind that all products are currently made by with great precision and care, packaged and shipped by us only, and we appreciate it if you understand that this will take time.
